How Does GDV Rental Delivery Work?
Your rental bundle will be delivered to your team’s field, court, or playing area before your first game of the day. It will be labeled with your name and placed in a central, easy-to-find spot so your group can grab it as soon as you arrive. We save you the hassle of hauling bulky equipment from home and carrying it back and forth from the car.
Do You Set Up the Rentals for Us?
Our job is to bring your gear directly to your assigned playing area. You’ll handle unfolding chairs, setting up tents, and positioning wagons, fans, or other items. We save you the hassle of hauling everything from home and dragging it across the complex or back and forth to the car — your gear is waiting right where you need it.
How Long Can We Use the Rentals?
You can use your rentals for the entire day of competition. Items stay with your team from your first game or match until your last one at that location.
What if We Change Fields?
If your team moves to a different field, court, or gym, simply take the gear with you. Wagons (when included) make it easy to transport.
What Happens After Our Last Game?
Simply fold up the chairs and tents, place everything back together, and leave the bundle in the central drop-off area. Our team will handle pickup from there.
